1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the bdbaee platform and all its related services. In this document, "we", "our", or "bdbaee" refers to the organization operating this platform. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

bdbaee provides online gaming and betting services for users in Bangladesh. By using our platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

These terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered your agreement to the revised terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with bdbaee, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming activities.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bdbaee is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to use our services. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 or above.

We may at any time request a copy of any one of the following documents for identity verification:

• Passport
• Driving License

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on bdbaee are conducted entirely through Bangladesh's established mobile banking methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.4 Transaction Verification

To ensure security, bdbaee reserves the right to review any transaction. If unusual activity is detected, a transaction may be held and additional information may be requested.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members registered on bdbaee receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 and get a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you can withdraw after placing bets worth 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳15,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• An account may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• bdbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be adjusted.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

bdbaee operates on a Fair Play policy. All our games are powered by trusted software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bdbaee reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. bdbaee is not responsible for any loss caused by a technical error.

6.2 Network Disruption

If the internet connection is lost or a server error occurs, every effort will be made to restore the state of an ongoing game as far as possible. In such cases, bdbaee's decision is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when placing bets on any sports event, including cricket:

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets may be refunded.
• Bets will be settled only after the official result is confirmed.
• Bets placed after the designated time will not be accepted.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or corruption, the results of the related bets may be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbaee:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Abusing bonus offers or systematically exploiting bonuses.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users or staff.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security or technical systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bdbaee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a terms violation.
• Identity verification has not been completed.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. Please contact our support team for this. Processing an account closure request may take some time, and the account will only be closed once all pending withdrawals have been completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdbaee strives to operate the platform as safely and reliably as possible. However, we will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by issues with the user's own internet connection.
• Unauthorized use of an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruption resulting from a technical error or server outage.
• The outcome of betting or gaming activities carried out at the user's own decision.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment gateways).

All gaming activities involve risk. You are aware that there is a possibility of losing money in gaming or betting, and bdbaee is not obligated to compensate for such losses.
